Nokia N82 is the hottest device to followup the N73. Similar to the N81, it has quad-band GSM and 2100 HSDPA, BT 2.0 (w/ A2DP), WiFi (b/g w/ uPnP), but also adds built-in GPS, TV-out, FM Radio, and a MicroSD slot.

LG is keen to point out that the Viewty is ‘the complete camera phone’. And to be fair, it’s hard to argue with that. Packing a massive 5-megapixels to rival the N95 and Samsung G600 and a stack of features you’re more likely to find on your common or garden point and shoot, it’s more like a phone camera than a camera phone. LG said that the LG KU990 Viewty will be available on all major networks. Pricing is yet to be confirmed but it’s likely to be free on a monthly contract of around £30 to £40 per month.

Another high-end camera phone from Samsung seems to be under way, unofficial information has leaked. The Samsung G800 slider has a 5 megapixel auto focus camera with 3x optical zoom and is likely the successor of Samsung G600, which was recently announced.

The new Sony Ericsson W960, recently announced , is the new top of the line Walkman phone. Headline features include 8GB of flash memory (700 albums, 8000 songs), UMTS (3G) and WiFi connectivity and an autofocus 3.2 megapixel camera. The W960’s software platform is UIQ 3.0 on Symbian OS 9.1. The W960 weighs in at 119g with dimensions of 109×55x16 mm and has a monoblock form factor.”You couldn’t ask for a better music mix of high performance media player and intuitive phone. The touchscreen is complemented by a regular keyboard and the phone itself is amplified by the Media Manager programme and the many music accessories. The days of taking an MP3 player, a camera and a phone with you when you leave the house are definitely over,” Nicklas Sivander, Product Manager for the W960 Walkman phone said.

Nokia today introduced the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet, signifying a new phase in portable internet communication. Sporting Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g connectivity, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a full-fledged web browser, there’s only one thing missing: WiMAX. In the meantime, the N810’s Wi-Fi connectivity will provide Internet access through hotspots as well as home and office networks, while the Bluetooth 2.0 support provides Internet access through cellular data networks when connected to phones with Dial-up networking (DUN) support.

Nokia has just been getting crazier with each N-series handset they announce. Each new handset tends to have a sleeker design then the previous model as well as a higher price tag. The N82 is no exception to this. With 3G, a 5-megapixel camera, 320×240 TFT display, built-in WiFi, and Bluetooth, this phone is looking to be absolutely killer.

Nokia is the leader on the world cellular phone market. However after iPhone release, Nokia marketologs instantly has decided to start developing of similar to iPhone cellphone. Nokia N98 has been sighted on the net and will be released really soon according to Nokia France specification sheet. As expected, Verizon has welcomed the Samsung SCH-U700 Gleam into its lineup, a blindingly shiny flip with a solid spec sheet to back up the glitz. Samsung SCH-U700 is the only 3G cell phone that Samsung showed off in the Barcelona 3GSM show. With measurement of 12.1 mm width, Samsung claims that the U700 cell phone is the world’s slimmest 3G phone that supports HSDPA network. Verizon Wireless is getting close to the launch of the Samsung Gleam SCH-U700 in early October.
