The BenQ C30 is designed with a stylish color combination to meet the vigorous lifestyles of consumers today. The C30 is designed to grab your attention and keep you riveted. The lively color scheme gives the C30 a vibrant visual appeal that is built upon by the cleanly laid-out translucent gel-like keys that magnify their text for easier viewing. The black and orange color scheme is vaguely reminiscent of the Walkman line of mobile phones from Sony Ericsson, but don’t let anyone at BenQ hear you saying that. Other features found on the “smoothly contoured C30″ include dual speakers and sound recording.

The C30 built-in radio is another fun stuff to share with your crowd. You can use it as a radio and amazed all with its fabulous dual speaker performance. Furthermore, you can set your pre-recording function to record your favorite FM radio program.

When there’s an interesting scene you want to capture, just press another button to snap a photo with the integrated camera. On the C30, the fun is easy to start and never has to stop. Equipped with a microSD card slot for storing more files, the BenQ C30 is the ultimate accessory for young consumers, and allows easy access when transferring files from PC to phone using USB.Specifications

The 13mm thick device, which apparently packs some serious new cost-saving technology under the skin, features Windows Mobile 6 (of course), a 2 Megapixel Camera, microSD expansion, WiFi and some nice looking UI customisations. BenQ has just lifted the curtain off the E72 smartphone at Computex 2007, and what you get is a candybar handset that runs on Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard, powered by a TI OMAP 1030 260Mhz processor and is ably aided by 128MB ROM and 64MB RAM.

This quad-band GSM handset does not come with 3G capability though, but it does feature Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi connectivity – the very least smartphones should have these days. Other features include a 2″ QVGA TFT LCD, a 2 megapixel camera, a microSD memory card slot, and voice recording capabilities. The design looks rather bland IMHO, and it looks like a surefire fingerprint magnet. Would you get this if it was released Stateside?
